Morinoki Petty Knife

We Say

The Morinoki series of kitchen knives from Shizu Hamono, draws on a rich history of knife manufacturing in Japan. The handle of every knife is carved from Japanese zelkova wood, giving each piece an elegant feel which matches well with most contemporary settings. This Petty knife is useful for a range of kitchen tasks where a smaller knife is more suitable.

Selector's Notes

The Morinoki series makes for a considered and lasting choice due to the durability of the Japanese steel used to forge each blade.
