Ichendorf Vio longdrink glass

Admired worldwide, the Ichendorf Vio Longdrink Glass stands out as a true design object. It combines daily functionality with timeless aesthetics, embodying contemporary living and Italian craftsmanship. More than a simple drinking glass, as part of the Ichendorf sophisticated glasses catalogue, it becomes a treasured collectible for design enthusiasts.

Modern refinement for tall drinks

Designed by Foster + Partners, this longdrink glass is a celebration of proportion and minimal elegance. Handmade in lightweight yet durable borosilicate glass, it offers perfect transparency and comes in refined shades of blue, smoke, pink, and clear. Its tall, slender form enhances cocktails, juices, and sparkling water, transforming every sip into a stylish experience.

Functional elegance

Suitable for everyday use as well as formal occasions, the Vio Longdrink Glass is dishwasher safe at low temperatures (40°/104°F recommended). It maintains its brilliance over time while highlighting the natural layering of cocktails, making it a must-have for mixology lovers and modern table settings.

Architectural simplicity

Faithful to Foster + Partners’ design vision in collaboration with Ichendorf, this piece expresses clarity and balance. The thin rim ensures a comfortable sip, the cylindrical body offers visual purity, and subtle color tones enrich the table with elegance. Each glass is flame-worked by skilled artisans, featuring unique variations that emphasize its authenticity.

Completing the Vio collection

As part of the Ichendorf Vio Collection, the longdrink glass pairs beautifully with tumblers, wine glasses, and flûtes from the Ichendorf stemmed glasses collection, as well as with Ichendorf jugs and pitchers, innovative bottles, and many pieces from the Botanica collection. Whether chosen as a coordinated set or a standalone piece, it conveys sophistication and timeless Italian design.
