Ichendorf Luna floating decanter

Grace and geometry merge in the Ichendorf Luna floating decanter, a sculptural piece that seems to defy gravity. Its rounded base gently rocks, creating an impression of weightlessnes:a design that captures motion and stillness at once. Whether in transparent or amber glass, Luna radiates warmth and light across the table. This poetic equilibrium between functionality and art is part of Ichendorf's continuous dialogue between craftsmanship and innovation.

Craftsmanship shaped by fire

Each Luna decanter is handmade and lampworked in borosilicate glass, a material chosen for its clarity and durability. The artisanal flame-working process creates smooth, seamless curves that enhance the purity of its form. Despite its delicate appearance, the piece is remarkably strong and dishwasher safe at low temperatures (40°C recommended). Every Ichendorf Design decanter bears the trace of human craftsmanship, turning an everyday object into a refined expression of design and skill.

Floating elegance for contemporary living

This designer decanter is not only an object of beauty but also of intelligent function. Its tilted structure allows aeration for wines or beverages while inviting a tactile experience; the sensation of pouring from a vessel that gently rocks on the table. Designed to harmonize with other pieces from the cups and mugs collection, Ichendorf stemmed glasses collection, and Ichendorf tumbler pieces, it completes a visual composition of transparency and rhythm. Together, these collections reflect the brand’s philosophy of timeless Italian design infused with emotion.

A poetic touch for the modern table

The Luna collection celebrates movement, simplicity, and reflection. Its floating forms evoke the serene pull of lunar tides, echoing the harmony between earth and water. Whether displayed as a centerpiece or used for daily rituals, the Ichendorf Luna decanter adds a sculptural presence to any dining space. It connects naturally to other creative families within Ichendorf, such as the Marine Garden collection, the Sogni d'Oriente collection, and even Ichendorf vases: all part of the brand’s story of poetic design grounded in Italian craftsmanship.
